How to install MAMP on Mac OS X
First, download the MAMP package from the official website https://www.mamp.info.
At the time of this writing, the latest version is 5.2, and the link to the download page is the following:
https://www.mamp.info/en/downloads/
Click on the download for macOS 10.10+ section, and wait until the download is complete.
By default downloaded files are stored on your Downloads folder.
Locate the file MAMP_MAMP_PRO_5.2.pkg on you Downloads folder, and double click on it.
A Welcome window will pop up to notify you that you will be guided through the installation process.
Press the "Continue" button to proceed.
Some notifications, as well as the License Agreement will be displayed on the next windows.
Be sure to review it carefully, and then proceed to click the "Agree" button.
After that, you will be shown the disk where the software will be installed.
Then you would be able to start the installation process.
Press the "Install" button to continue.
